Make the change as a Team Lead of Account Product Processing

The Account Product Processing Team Lead will be responsible for the high quality and efficient execution of back-office processes that are related to account product processing where focus is on back-office process simplification, digitalization and automation

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team, ensuring high employee, stakeholder and customer satisfaction;
  • Ensures smooth execution defined services with high quality and efficiency in accordance to SLA across functional areas;
  • Executes process confirmation, pro-actively identifies process improvement possibilities and drive development initiatives, leading to best in class operational excellence;
  • Ensures risk management within responsible area, while maximizing value generated to the customers;
  • Takes active role in continues improvement of end-to-end processes and relevant systems in respective functional area, participate in projects as counterparty both locally and on Baltic level;
  • Represent functional area and take active part in relevant meetings, communicate with customers, other stakeholders when needed;
  • Organize, engage and motivate employees through building the strong team, coaching and holding direct reports accountable and developing talent in the team.

  • Bank product area knowledge;
  • People management and development skills;
  • Process management knowledge and skills;
  • Business acumen and customer orientation;
  • Systemic thinking;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Time and resource planning skills;
  • Higher education in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, IT , Management or others;
  • Advanced English: fluent in any spoken and written communication within the range of own personal and professional experience.
