Make the change as a Recovery & Resolution Planning Coordinator

The Recovery and Resolution Planning Coordinator will be joining Enterprise Risk Team which is responsible for bundling key risk processes and tools that extend across all risk areas – including the risk appetite framework, stress testing, ICAAP & ILAAP, recovery and resolution planning as well risk reporting to key business stakeholders. Our mission is to build and maintain efficient processes and stress testing capabilities and to support Luminor’s business and growth, whilst ensuring that we are staying within our Risk Appetite and regulatory requirements.

The Recovery and Resolution Planning Coordinator will coordinate and enhance Luminor’s recovery and resolution planning activities. The successful candidate will work closely to various stakeholders throughout the bank.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced analysis and project management services related to the coordination, development and submission of Luminor's recovery and resolution plans;
  • Manage and coordinate internal and external recovery and resolution deliverables and act as single point of contact for various stakeholders;
  • Enhance reporting and processes in a structural and efficient manner including development of project plans, conducting of planning meetings with stakeholders, compiling of submissions and challenging stakeholders on insufficient submissions;
  • Support on Stress Test analysis for recovery and resolution planning trigger calibration;
  • Ensure that relevant organizational and operational changes result in the corresponding updates to the relevant plans and that recovery and resolution planning processes are well reflected and aligned with internal governance.

Skills and Experience:

  • Education in Economics, Finance, Accounting or Legal;
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience in recovery and resolution planning;
  • Fully proficient in MS Office tools;
  • Analytical, strategic and result oriented way of thinking;
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English;
  • Self-driven, showing initiative and high-level of responsibility;
  • Must value accuracy and preciseness, teamwork and collaboration.
