Project Manager is responsible for successful delivery of new initiatives and project or rescuing existing programs in the regulatory, compliance transformation and financial crime risk management area. Your main role is designing and implementing new operating model that deliver improved risk management and sustainable costs bases. You are expected to assist in developing effective and efficient controls in compliance with regulatory requirements to manage organizational and strategic risks.


  • Planning and designing the project. Proactively monitoring its progress, identifying improvement and alignment needs, resolving issues and managing corrective actions as appropriate
  • Ensuring that the delivery of new products or services from the projects to the appropriate levels of quality, on time and within budget, in accordance with the plan and governance arrangements
  • Coordinating project team, delivering results and managing stakeholders
  • Taking care of project reporting and stakeholders communication

Required experience and professional competencies:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management, legal, audit, business analysis, risk management or regulatory area projects and processes management
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, global and regional trends in the financial industry. Proof of track record advising management and employees on change management, practices and tools implementation
  • High ethical standards and professionalism managing complex situations
  • Proven delivery experience working in a cross-border project environment. Professional Certification in Project management, Compliance or Anti-Financial Crime area is highly desired
  • Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills
  • Full working proficiency in English oral and written
