Junior administrative assistant in Vendor management

The Junior administrative assistant in Vendor management will be joining Luminor’s Staffing and Vendor Management unit, within the Technology division. This is a temporary role (6 months) to support Staffing and Vendor Management team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist vendor managers with contract Preparations, Approval collection, Sanity checks;
  • Working with team leads to identify contracts that are about to end;
  • Participation in regular review meetings with team leads;
  • Maintain and update documentation on existing processes and changes;
  • Maintaining contract details and uploads to relevant registries;
  • Initiation and coordination of consultant onboarding activities (documentation gathering etc.);
  • Regular validations of invoices/time reports from vendors;
  • Maintaining JIRA boards, conducting data clean-ups.

Skills and Experience:

  • Be able to thoroughly communicate in English: fluent in all spoken and written communication;
  • Tech savvy, innovative, curious and eager to learn;
  • Documentation and administration experience is an advantage;
  • JIRA and excel experience is pivotal.
