Service Desk Team Lead

Luminor IT Service Desk unit is looking for customer centric Team Leader eager to excel in dynamic and diverse environment of pan-Baltic IT Service Desk. If you are the one willing to thrive in progressive and positive team that services all bank users for excellent customer experience and great productivity, take the opportunity to join us now.


  • Team management: monitor, coordinate, and supervise the daily team activities and performance;
  • Act as an escalation point for the resolution of service desk related issues;
  • Ensure high levels of customer service quality and availability;
  • Focus on continual service improvement.

Skills and Exprience:

  • Team leading and management experience;
  • Extensive experience in IT Service Desk or similar working environment;
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL processes including Incidents, Requests and Problem management;
  • Experince with ITSM tool;
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, initiative and leadership abilities;
  • Effective analytical, planning, organisational, and documentation skills;
  • Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks under pressure;
  • Excellent English and Estonian language skills – both written and verbal.
