At the same time we develop our products, processes and tools in order to satisfy the needs of existing and future customers. Together with other stakeholders we work in a strong value chain in order to achieve common goals and implement Luminor Strategy.


As a Development Manager you are responsible for participation in product and services, business processes and IT solutions development projects (Pan-Baltic) including: leading IT development projects, describing and forwarding development requests to the development partner, testing and coordination of testing on Baltic level, training users and being helpdesk to the employees.


Key responsibilities:

  • Acting as system SuperUser (administrator) related to systems in your responsibility area
  • Being helpdesk related to systems in your responsibility area – problem investigation and solving, file connections, composing and updating user manuals, doing related trainings
  • Participation in products and services, business processes and IT development projects in Baltic countries, including leading the projects
  • Consulting units related to development requests, describing and forwarding the requests to the development partner
  • Testing and coordination of testing on Baltic level, supporting and organizing project go-live activities
  • Coordinating cooperation with Luminor IT units
  • Performing personal tasks with commitment and according to Luminor values. Contributing to team and company performance and collaboration. Taking responsibility in professional self-development

Professional experience in:

  • At least 3 years of experience in leading IT related projects


Education and other skills:

  • University degree with preferable specialization in IT
  • Fluent English in written and speaking
