This position is a unique opportunity to gain hands­-on experience in all aspects of the litigations affecting a pan-Baltic organization. In this role, you will not only handle some of the most cutting-­edge legal issues facing the banking industry but you will also work closely with Recovery & Business departments to develop a well­rounded experience of working in the banking industry.

Key responsibilities:

  • Handle all aspects of litigation in various courts regarding cases in your portfolio
  • Provide daily legal support to internal stakeholders in issues related to litigation, restructuring and dispute resolution
  • Analyze legal issues and various claims to effectively participate in decisions related to case strategy
  • Advise client managers and management on strength of claims and defenses, dispute avoidance and resolution possibilities
  • Interact with Luminor’s internal and external stakeholders
  • Work on other miscellaneous legal projects when needed

 We expect from You:

  • Master´s degree in law
  • Extensive experience (3+ years) in litigation or corporate counselling/restructuring
  • Self-motivation with the ability to work independently, follow deadlines and effectively manage time
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High ethical standards, strong sense of responsibility and commitment to results
  • Full working proficiency of English and Lithuanian (written and verbal)
  • Prior work experience in courts or in the financial sector is an advantage

 A salary for this position from 2000 EUR (Gross*), which is to be determined depending on the level of experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
