Luminor is building a new banking platform that will serve the whole Baltics. We are looking for a security-conscious engineer who has experience working with different IT monitoring solutions.

About the role:

You will be responsible for support and development of Luminor IT monitoring and logging solutions.

Your key responsibilities will be as following:

  • Operation and maintenance of monitoring and logging solutions for Luminor IT infrastructure (network, servers, storages and applications);
  • Leading development of IT monitoring and logging solutions;
  • Design, standardization and implementation of monitoring and logging policies;
  • Monitoring standards definition and their implementation;
  • Alarm messages analysis, reduction and consolidation;
  • Automation;
  • Gap analysis of missing features;
  • Ensuring 24/7 availability of monitoring and logging solutions;
  • Participation in projects and cooperation with other teams;
  • Documentation maintenance.

What experience and knowledge you should have?

  • Experience with design, implementation and support of monitoring tools in a complex, multi-platform environment;
  • Experience working with cloud infrastructure environments;
  • Experience working with different vendor tools;
  • Experience with Zabbix, Nagios, WhatsUp Gold, Syslog-ng, LogStash, Xymon, Ansible, etc.;
  • Scripting skills (bash, python);
  • Very good communication skills.
