Comprehensive Assessment (“CA”) is an initial health check performed by ECB, when ECB takes over supervision of a bank. CA is one of Luminor’s top priority projects, because its scope is very wide, review is detailed, deadlines are short and outcome can potentially influence bank’s capital adequacy. 

Preparation for the review is ongoing and it is organised in several workstreams. Currently we are looking for assistant / junior project manager (depending on your experience and capabilities), who could support Programme manager in successfully managing preparation and execution of the project. Assistant / Junior project manager will be part of the Program Management Office (PMO).

Key responsibilities will be:

  • To participate in project meetings, to prepare meeting summaries and update project task plans
  • To regularly follow up on people involved in the project, including in senior roles, regarding fulfilment of their tasks in line with the agreed project plan
  • To draft various project related presentations and summaries, for instance, project status presentations for management, various tasks summaries to involved people 
  • To prepare project related data summaries and analysis in Ms Excel
  • Miscellaneous administrative tasks to support successful project execution

Required experience and professional competencies:

  • At least 2 years of professional experience, preferably in banking, but also experience in other industries could be accepted
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Good Ms Excel, Ms PowerPoint, Ms Word skills. Advanced Ms Excel skills would be useful, but is not a must.

  • Accuracy and strong sense of responsibility
  • Ability to independently organise own work
  • Ability to work under time pressure and keep calm in stressful situations
  • Good communication skills
  • Persistence and ability to follow up on other people, including in senior roles

Type of employment agreement: Temporary, until September 2020 (or until project completion, if it is later)
