Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • To be IAM service owner
  • To manage SLA (service level agreement) with IAM service provider
  • To be responsible for enterprise level identity lifecycle management
  • To identify and propose improvements for IAM service
  • To define and assess effectiveness of IAM service
  • To monitor and audit IAM process performance
  • To act as focal point for IAM related questions within organization
  • To manage the periodic user access review certification process in alignment with IT Security Governance framework
  • To drive continuous improvement of IT Security Governance framework and technology related to IAM to enable risk reduction and operational efficiencies
  • To be authority in building, executing and leading IAM initiatives
  • To contribute to team and company performance through effective networking, collaboration and leading through example
  • To take responsibility in professional self-development and contribute to own and team performance improvement by constructive feedback and relevant suggestions

Requirements for this position:

  • Risk management experience
  • Knowledge of regulatory controls
  • Knowledge of information security standards

Licenses, certifications:

  • CISA (Preferable)
  • CISM (Preferable)


  • Higher education (higher education in Computer science, Cybersecurity would be an advantage)


  • Fluency in English
