As a part of Products and Offerings Organization Insurance Products team has an overall responsibility to provide Luminor Sales with competitive insurance solutions for existing and future customers. This will be achieved by clearly defined products strategy, up to date processes and focus on customer needs.

Role and responsibilities

We are looking for a Process Manager who will fix, develop, implement, oversee Insurance related processes where Luminor is operating as distributor of third-party products.

Insurance Process Manager will play an active role in supporting Luminor Sales, carry responsibility of cooperation with internal stake holders and Insurance companies.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead development projects related to your area of responsibilities
  • Assure all necessary on-going support for and cooperation with Sales organization and other internal stake holders
  • Create, implement, maintain smooth and compliant end-to-end business process and necessary implementations for process efficiency and product profitability; 

Key requirements for the position

  • Understanding of insurance products
  • Good communication, project management and presentation skills
  • Ability to work simultaneously with numerous stakeholders in a cross-Baltic team
  • Results orientated, self-motivated, proactive and excellent problem solver
  • Structured thinking and ability to work with complex issues
