Luminor is in the path of making big changes by developing brand new banking services and products that people will love to use (including new digital channels, products, internal processes and much more). So far we have combined two banks (Nordea, DnB) in three countries (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania), formed new teams and are on the way of building the next generation banking offer and way of working in Baltics.

You will be working together with different teams across Luminor to deliver simple solutions to their complicated problems. That includes running workshops with colleagues and customers, conducting interviews, customer journey mapping, prototyping, testing and so on. End goal is to deliver a solutions that can be taken into implementation.

We expect you to have experience with facilitating design thinking workshops and using service design tools. Advanced English, both written and spoken is a must as well as good project management skills.
