Communication Project Manager is a position in the Country Marketing Unit with focus on communications and content creation activities supporting marketing projects both on Baltic and country level. Position is responsible for offer/product related quality content creation and planning in public media and owned channels (digital and social media), material creation for customer communication and any other written content created in Marketing department. Communication Project Manager is main coordinator of social media activities on local country level.

 

Main tasks and responsibilities:

 

  • Planning, implementing and monitoring customer communication activities;
  • Creating content, copywriting and editing customer communication messages and materials according to Luminor tone of voice;
  • Creating content for digital channels (website, e-channels and social media) supporting marketing & PR projects;
  • Product PR and content marketing support to marketing campaigns, creating and executing relevant communication plans;
  • Planning and implementing social media communication (Facebook/ Instagram / LinkedIn / Twitter, Youtube) in cooperation with Group Digital Marketing, PR and Sales Marketing;
  • Generating and evaluating new ideas and content for articles, social media projects, events supporting product PR;
  • Any other tasks assigned by direct reporting line or Baltic matrix structure;
  • Be proactive in planning, delivering and following-up of your personal tasks timely and according to the set quality standards;

 

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION

Professional competencies:

  • Great ability to write and edit content;
  • Ability to create and develop quality content for clients communication, media and social media;
  • Experience dealing with customer communication;
  • Presentation and facilitation skills;
  • PR and content marketing project management;
  • Good understanding of advertising, PR and digital media areas;
  • Expert level knowledge and demonstrated experience in modelling, analysis, research and presentation creation, including the ability to synthesize data into logical conclusions and recommendations.

Professional experience:

  • 3-5 years extensive experience in client communication content creation as well as social media communication fields
  • Education:Higher. Preferred specialization: Marketing; Communications; Business management; Economics.

Languages:

  • English and Lithuanian in Advanced level.
