We at Luminor want to redesign the customer experience – to make running financial errands intuitive, effortless, individual – we aim for hassle-free banking. Customer Relationship management (CRM) business development team is at the core of this change. We work together with most functions in the bank (customer facing units, product teams, marketing and offering, AML) to provide a common CRM system and master data source regarding customer information.

As a CRM business development manager, you’ll help us to make the magic happen.

Key responsibilities:

  • You will be a part of team to define CRM vision and business case. As a business development manager you will have an important role in successful execution of CRM related projects
  • You must be a visionary for the future CRM and analyse implementation options for customer management, campaign management, regulatory information collection, customer interaction management in CRM processes and tools
  • You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, ensure requirements alignment into group wide view and provide input for the prioritization process
  • You will be the driver and project leader for various CRM initiatives. You will collect, describe and provide business requirements for implementation activities and participate in business acceptance testing
  • You will map and maintain CRM related processes and ensure that stakeholders are in sync 
  • You will work closely with customer offering department, KYC and AML and several other units to ensure top in the class customer data management in the CRM processes

Requirements for the position:

  • Understanding of business process, experience working in customer relationship area
  • Ability to translate business thinking into IT language and other way around
  • Business requirements and visual modelling documentation skills
  • Project management skills
  • Experience in developing business through the effective use of technology will be considered as advantage
  • Capable to work with many stakeholders
  • Superior analytical skills, working with data related projects is considered as advantage;
  • Strong interest in technology area;
  • University degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or similar. Additional education in IT will be considered as advantage.

You should be clear in communication and skilled in working across the borders and teams. “Can and will-do” attitude is a must. You are expected to be a quick learner and capable to work independently. Travelling inside the Baltics in this role is expected.
