Legal Manager of Baltic Legal unit for Wealth & Leasing Legal

This is a key role that reports to the Head of Group Legal. The position requires an executive professional with exceptional expertise in the corporate banking products and services area and understanding its significance in a heavily regulated bank environment. Main responsibilities include the following:

• Setting up and leading lawyers’ team in legal unit supporting wealth management, asset management and leasing sales and products

• Closely co-operating with respective products and offerings units in the Bank to ensure the best legal solutions and deliveries to the customers and to the organization

• Leading or actively participating in various Group projects with the valuable legal advice and expert knowledge

• Ensuring continuous improvements in Group Legal functions, unit processes and team deliveries

Providing high quality and timely advise to the Group in the country and cross- country, represent Group interest in every day challenges, stream efficient collaboration within the organization

• Being sensitive to the demands of the management of the Group

• Organizing, engaging and motivating employees within through building the strong team, coaching and

holding direct reports accountable, develop talent in the unit

• Contributing to the unit and company performance through effective networking, collaboration and leading through example. Promotes and supports living the Luminor values and building the strong Luminor brand

• Managerial experience

Strong analytical skills, accuracy and ability to multitask, deliver within demanding deadlines. Ability to combine high level analytical and strategic thinking capability with hands-on approach

• Can do attitude and openness for innovation and change, entrepreneurial thinking, initiative and high-level of responsibility

• Higher education in Legal

Good understanding of legal framework applicable for banking sector overall

• Full working proficiency of English and Estonian
