ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Leader of Channels and Integrations development for Luminor, member of Development department management team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Drive channels and integrations solutions design, development, enhancement and maintenance in accordance with IT strategy and Enterprise architecture. Channels and integrations solutions includes:
    • internet bank, mobile internet bank
    • corporate channels
    • websites
    • integration platforms
  • Maintain efficient solution portfolio that supports business, compliance and reporting needs and meets agreed Operational and Service Level Requirements.
  • Deliver committed projects within agreed timeline, scope and cost.
  • Manage operational level vendor cooperation related to Channels and integration solutions delivery and maintenance.
  • Serve as point of escalation, review and approval for key issues and decisions related to Channels and integrations solutions delivery and maintenance.
  • Provide input for IT strategy creation and actively support IT strategy implementation.
  • Ensure strong pipeline of talents within the function.
  • Organize, engage and motivate employees within your area of responsibility through building the strong team, coaching and holding direct reports accountable and developing talent in the function/unit.
  • Contribute to team and company performance through effective networking, collaboration and leading through example.
  • Promote and support living the Luminor values and building the strong Luminor brand.
  • Ensure effective cross-Baltic function operation within area of responsibility
  • Other tasks relevant to the role given by direct manager and functional manager.

 REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION

  • 3-5 years of People management and leadership experience
