In Luminor Leasing Operations department we reach out to create a positive experience for the customer each time we have a chance. At the same time we develop our processes and tools in order to satisfy the needs  of existing and future customers. Together with Sales teams we work in a strong value chain in order to achieve common goals and implement Luminor Strategy.

Key responsibilities:

  • Daily leasing customer support and consultation by e-mail and phone;
  • To analyse the composition of received documents, authorities of signatures; management of correspondence;
  • Communication with partner vendors, Luminor Bank employees;
  • To prepare outgoing documents for state institutions/ insurance companies;
  • To ensure the smooth operation of the office;
  • Other administrative and organizational tasks;

Requirements: 

  • High education (preferably economics, finance, business administration);  
  • Good communication skills; 
  • Customer orientation; 
  • Computer skills; 
  • Organizational, time planning skills; 
  • Positive attitude; 
  • Good English and Lithuanian language skills;
  • Credit risk analysis experience would be an advantage.

Salary range offered for this position starts from 1248 EUR before the taxes*

*The salary level for the final candidate depends on the level of experience and competences. In Luminor, salary is one part of the overall remuneration policy.
